Tool Returns & Refund Policy
Ezimate International operates according to strict quality control guidelines. To date we have never had a faulty product. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or damaged in transit then Ezimate International will replace the product free of charge (postage and handling fees apply).
You, the buyer of the eziMate long handle tool extension, must inspect the items as soon after delivery as is reasonably practicable and must notify us of any defects in the items within  working days from the date the items were delivered. You must return any defective or faulty item to us within 10 working days from the date of delivery. Provided you notify us of any defects and return the defective item within the periods set out above, we will replace the item on a like for like basis or we will refund your payment in full including the item’s normal postage charge within  working days of the defective item being returned to eziMate’s headquarters.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase of the eziMate long handle tool extension.
Ezimate International recommends that all instructions are read prior to using the product.
The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents.

When purchasing goods from the Ezimate Webshop, customers are entitled to assume: –
- The goods they are purchasing are of satisfactory quality.
- The goods are fit for all purposes for which they are supplied.
- The goods are safe and durable.
- That where any written description is applied to goods, the goods match that description. If the above are breached, the customer may be entitled to replacement or refund.
